You
Whenever you can
Every Sunday runs on people who arrived early and stayed late. Most of them learnt on the job, badly, in front of everybody, and are still here.
Music
The band that carries Sunday. Guitars, drums, keys and bass, and anyone willing to turn up to Saturday rehearsal.
Saturdays
Choir
Four parts and an anthem a month. Read music or learn by ear — both get you in, neither gets you out of rehearsal.
Fridays
Drama
Sketches for Sunday and the bigger pieces at Christmas and Easter. Writers and prop-makers as much as actors.
Fortnightly
Bible study
Leading a small group through a book at a time. Training given, and nobody is thrown in front of a room unprepared.
Wednesdays
Media
Sound, projection and photographs. The reason anybody can hear the sermon and the reason there is anything to look back on.
Sunday mornings, early
Welcome
The first face anybody meets. Doors, seats, names, and finding the visitor a friend before they leave.
One Sunday a month
Prayer
Praying through the week for the fellowship, and staying behind after the gathering for whoever asks.
Wednesdays
Sports
Football, the league, and whatever else gets organised at short notice. Someone has to own the ball and the fixtures.
Saturdays
Outreach
Taking the fellowship out of the building — visits, service, and the last Saturday of the month.
Monthly
Welfare
Looking after the people in the room. Food, visits when somebody is ill, and quiet practical help.
As needed
Tell somebody you are interested.
Team sign-up is not on the platform yet. Until it is, find the team lead after the gathering or send word through the fellowship — both are faster than a form.
